Okay after so long, I am here to update. It's about the Orientation.
Jessica Furby, our senior bridge leader wanted to read this.
But can I don't update the FULL details?
It will be naggy. I shall share with you guys my reflection.

This April Orientation, It might seems to be a failure to all. But, to me, personally I admit that I have this kind of wrong thinking too. But something inspire me to say a NO to this kind of out of nowhere thinking. I just don't know why. It's them that make me change my mindset. I am proud of them all.

First day of Orientation.
14 of April a BIG day for all SEIT Bridge Leaders.
I gave them a thrash up session which I begin the break with a deep shit of scolding and lecturing. Althrough I sounded harsh on the comments. I also would like to say sorry to those that have tried their best. But I am really those thinkers that is " One for ALL, ALL for One ". I should apply it now before I regret all these. We are a BL family. Should I say we shared the commonly brothers and sisters love? I super agree on that. During the feedback session, all have the chance to voice out. That's what I wanna do after a long and hectic day. I am happy for the feedback. Really impressive I dare to say. Proud and claps*

Second day of Orientation.
15 of April.
One word to say, "GOOD!"
VERY GOOD!
Saw initative taken. Happy. Nothing to add on. Just that they got to be more positive and fast.
