Okay I am finally updating!
Has been freaking tired this few weeks.

First of all for the Orientation,
Good job to the new committee member even though there's alot of Screw up.
ButI know you guys tried your best.

For my own EIT school. Got alot to improve on
This is my message to all my individual Tudis's :)

Ying Xian -
STRICT treatment does not always applied to work all the time. WELFARE is main as a chairlady to them. You must hear the GROUND voice as they are your follower. Always share the reason why you do this things. And also control your temper. Don't always scold your followers, it will make them more afraid to speak to you in future. Bear this in mind yeah. Smile more also! haha*

Thameen -
You got great voice,but, you always use it on the wrong stuffs. Be more sure of what you wanna do. Do check with the TOP whenever you wanna do something. Lead wise and act smart yeah. cheers!

Kenneth -
Be more sure of what you are doing. Be more Confidence. Always double check what you are handling and be more flexible to any situation. Lead with a mind of clearness and not scare of what you are facing. The biggest enemy is always yourself.

Amira -
So fast I have not seen you in action. But do be more confidence! And of course smile more. I know you can do it one! Anyway, good job in logistic! hehe, hope to see you in action soon.

Guys, bear in mind oh, after the telematch, do prepare for the bridging! haha
