A gentle Reminder. . .

The BLs of SICT April Intake are out.happy!!

Some disagreement here and there.
But it is really common.
What makes him/her to be chosen to be BLs while I am not?
All this are those that went for the BLs interview will think when the top listed names are out.
Need 12 New BLs for the NIE stuff.I also don't know.Blur*
I think that there isn't a need to humble on it.Because there will be a second round of interview personally by our boss,Jenna.
I now congrats those that are selected!!
Congrats to you guys!!

Hope you all can do your best for the SICT BLs.
Hope you all enjoy your every events with us.

Now,Back to topic I wish to discuss.
What makes a good leader?

I think that being a SICT BL must have commitment in your CCA.
This requires you to draw out some times in your personal life.
Are you able to cope with it?
Enjoy it?
Being a leader was not easy at the start.But you got to learn.I had to go through all these too.
I am glad that being a SICT BLs I can learn alot from the other seniors in this CCA too.
They are my LAOJIAOs and LAOLAOJIAOs.
They are just a bunch of fantastic people!

As I will not nag more.I shall give those NEW BLs a gentle reminder.

The DO's. . .

*Have Commitment.
*Responsible for own actions.
*Be puntual for all event meetings.
*Be involved.
*Enjoy all the events.
*Do work seriously.
*Be serious when on duties.

The DON't's. . .

X Don't abuse your authority
x Don't boast to others that you are a BLs
X Be prepared to be treated equal.Do not expect special treatment.
